We act as a correspondent on behalf of attorneys, accountants, trust companies, banks, insurance companies and other companies that render fiduciary services, where we submit your documents at the office of the Master of the High Court, Polokwane by hand, do all the queries on your behalf, obtain the issued documents and return it to you via courier or similar post services. A standard fee is charged, per instruction. These services include (but not limited to):

- Obtaining section 18(3) letter of authority or letter of executorship;
- Section 42(2) applications for endorsement;
- Certified copies from Master’s file;
- Lodgment of claims against an estate;
- Lodgment and obtaining the Master’s approval of Liquidation and Distribution Accounts;
- Lodgments of objections against an estate;
- Submission of final requirements and obtaining the Master’s discharge certificate;
- Registration of new Trust and obtaining the letter of authority;
- Amendments to Trust;
- Applying for and obtaining an Apostille for use abroad;
- Insolvent estate services, which include voting on behalf of a creditor.
